Do you face zits and pimples at  intervals,Yup sometimes it is hormonal but most of the time they occur due to lack of proper cleansing routine.I know most of you are thinking right now,"we cleanse every night"...but do you Double Cleanse?Double cleansing can control your breakouts up to 70% ...scroll down to find out how..

What is double cleansing


It is very simple,first use your regular face cleansing cream/lotion  to remove any makeup,dirt etc with cotton wipe.

Now in second step wash your face with  good facial wash to remove any single particle of oil or lotion that is left by cleanser,that can be a serious threat for causing any pimple.


that's it...i know it is very simple but yet effective,I am doing this from last2 years and i only face hormonal breakouts.If you have combo or oily skin then do try this and include this two min  double cleansing in your daily routine to stay fresh and pimple free skin.

    i'm doing double and even triple cleansing when I got makeup at my face
    but one thing bear in mind that we need to supple water back to skin after cleansing so many times and our skins tend to lose water
