E.L.F HD blush in Diva [Review,photos & Swatches]

My Experience

If you are reading my posts so you must be knowing how big fan of blushes I Am.No matter what kind of it,powder or creamy i add them to my stash everytime i see some good piece in bargain.So finally i got my hands on these gorgeous beauty from ELF in shade Diva.

This HD range by ELF has 5 shades superstar,Encore,showstopper,Headliner and Diva.I got shade Diva.These Blushes are cheap dupe of Makeup forever HD blushes and Tarte cheek satins.

The packaging is same like Makeup forever HD blush.A regular tiny pump bottle about 4 inch in height,very easy to carry and handy,i am giving full marks for the bottle packaging.

This shade Diva is a gorgeous rosey pink .It is crazy pigmented,yeah you sound me right they are so pigmented when first i swatched them on my arm i thought i have taken a gaint amount,i repeat it with tiny dot ,the results were similar.So you need a tiny miny spot on your cheek.If you apply a little extra you might end up resulting a slapped face:p lolz.

The difficult thing is to deal with it while applying it,Cuz they are super fast drying,as soon as they touches the skin they dries so quickly. what i have learn from my experience is, take a good stippling brush,apply a tiny dot on your hand [never apply direct it on your face]and then with brush apply it on cheek and blend it quickly before it dries out.I know these are hard to work on but the results are gorgeous.Don't apply normal blush brush,a buffer brush would equally be good.They give a smooth and up to 12 hour staying time on cheeks without any primer.Also they dry completely to give a matte finish so ideal for oily skin particularly in summers.

Also you can use this on lips with lip brush.the formula is on drying side so it will set into lines and patches so don't forget to apply Vaseline or lip balm to prevent dryness.I have to apply the lip balm many times on lips as they are super drying for lips so what i suggest is don't use on lips without mixing them with Vaseline or pair it up with super moisturizing lippie.

Overall i find this a super pigmented one that can be sometime hassle to apply when you are in hurry and if you apply a little wrong then no turning back as they are fast drying.So you must learn the technique first and then viola!!!!
